Microsoft reveals the next OS–Windows 10

Microsoft gave everyone a peek, and a time table of sorts, to the new Windows OS today. According to various rumors, the new edition was to be called Windows 9, or Threshold, or just plain Windows. Microsoft surprised everyone and christened it Windows 10, emphasising that this is not just an upgrade, but a whole new way of doing business.

 If you’re an Apple fan then Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 10am PDT is circled in red on your calendar and your reminders are set. Apple will be live streaming a huge event to announce the new iPhone 6 and, as their media invite said, they do wish they could say more.
