eBay has announced that it will begin asking users to change their passwords later today after the discovery of a massive data breach.

The information that is compromised includes user names, encrypted passwords, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers and dates of birth. There is no evidence of unauthorized activity on user accounts and no evidence of access to financial or credit card information.

Still, changing passwords is the only way to try and keep further damage from occurring, so if you have an eBay account, log in and change your password as soon as you can.
